Activities and Events

There are many ways for you to connect with our children and families through hosting an activity or event in the center such as arts and crafts, story telling, dancing, and bringing nutritious food, vitamins, toys, clothing and more for the children.   See how to get involved section below for details.

Celebration of Life Party

Be a part of bringing joy to a child with cancer who is celebrating his or her birthday through hosting a Celebration of Life Party.  Each month we celebrate another year that God has given to our children by celebrating them during their birthday month.  Both children living within the Center and those coming from the community are encouraged to attend and celebrate.  Details regarding hosting a celebration of life party.

Family Outreach Events

Every April, July, September, and December we invite our children and their immediate family to celebrate! As a ministry, we recognize that having a child with cancer impacts the entire family unit and it is our heartbeat to come alongside the entire family in their journey.  This is a time for the family to bond and not have to think about the challenges they are facing of having a child who is sick.  Be a part of bringing joy to the family through volunteering, hosting an activity, providing in-kind donations, or financial contribution.

End of Treatment Celebration

Our hope for every child with cancer is to not only survive but to thrive in their battle with cancer.  We are thrilled to celebrate with a child and his family when they have completed their medical treatment.  Be a part of celebrating the victory, together with the family, of the joy they have after years of treatments in the hospital.

How to Get Involved

In order to schedule a party or event with Everlasting HOPE, please follow these steps: 1) Contact Everlasting HOPE at least one month prior to your event to schedule a meeting and set a date for your event (for November and December events, at least two months in advance), 2) Read and Sign the Policies and Guidelines for Conducting a Community Outreach, and 3) Complete and submit the Event Details Form; Forms should be submitted to info@everlastinghope.org at least one 3-4 weeks before your scheduled event.  Dates are subject for approval and will not be final until all forms are submitted to Everlasting HOPE.

For those who wish to donate nutritious food and milk, vitamins, paracetamol, medical supplies, toiletries, craft and school supplies, educational materials, inspirational books, Bibles, toys, activity pads, games or any other donations, please contact Everlasting HOPE at info@everlastinghope.org.
