Advocacy and Referrals

Fighting cancer requires an entire team to come around the child and family.  We communicate with the medical team to ensure child is getting proper care and help the family to avail medicines and resources.  We help connect the family to those who can provide much needed support: agencies, organizations, health centers, churches, communities and individauls.  Join the Team!

Home Away from Home

We provide a comfortable home for children with cancer and their family while availing medical care in Cebu City.  We can accommodate up to 12 children per day through our Temporary Shelter Program.

Medical Crisis Program

We provide financial support to our families to help supplement their very expensive medical costs through providing medicines, medical supplies and financial support toward hospital bills and laboratory expenses.  The Medical Crisis Program is funded through donors who contribute to our general medical crisis fund or designated to give to a specific child or case.  GIVE TODAY!

Transportation Services

We assist in transporting patients to medical appointments in addition to agencies and organizations providing support.  We primarily provide transportation to our children coming from the South or North of Cebu such as San Fernando, Minglanila, Talisay, Mandaue, and Lapu Lapu.  We are in great need of a large van to transport our patients, if you would like to help toward a new vehicle, CONTACT US!

Emotional and Spiritual Care

We recognize that having a child with cancer impacts the entire family unit and that emotional and spiritual care is essential to the wholistic well being of our children and families.  We make available emotional and spiritual care for the child, siblings, parents, and extended family.  We need a team of volunteers that want to encourage and pray with our children and families!  VOLUNTEER!

Home and Hospital Visitation

Our team visits children and their family within the home and hospital setting on a regular basis to assess needs and provide emotional and spiritual care. We guide and teach families in accessing their medical, emotional, and spiritual support systems within the community and our Center.  For families living on other islands, we make follow-ups via phone to assess how we can best support and meet their needs.

Grant-a-Wish

As families are experiencing such a difficult time in their life, imagine the joy of a parent seeing their child experience something he or she desired, creating a lasting memory. Be a part of putting a smile on a child’s face through granting a wish come true!

Burial and Bereavement Services

We believe for healing to take place in each child’s life.  If one of these children should pass away, we provide emotional and spiritual care in addition to a ministry team to conduct wake services.  We also assist family in availing burial assistance and resources. We follow-up and visit the family from time-to-time to provide support and invite them to our family outreach events.
